Thanks for shopping at Sara Breslin: illustration and portraiture. If you are running into an issue with your purchase, I'm here to help.
You have 14 days to contact me about an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Store credit only, Excludes custom orders.
Custom Orders and Commissions
All customized, specialized, and commissioned artwork are nonrefundable and not eligible for return.
Deposits paid for customized/specialized/commissioned artwork are nonrefundable.
All eligible refunds will be processed as store credit unless otherwise indicated by me in writing.
The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by me in writing.
