Love is Love

10x10" Print on watercolor paper.
I created this piece at the beginning of the summer of 2020, with everything happening in the world I wanted to remind myself that love existed. I wanted to remind myself that there is beauty in acknowledging our differences and embracing them, not shying away from them.
In the wake of 2023, I feel we need to be reminded about the struggles others have overcome. As we watch the clock turn back and the pass try to take the happiness from our future. We can not forget that love does not look like one thing, that love wears the face and colors of many. Remember that love can be warm and soft, but love can also have teeth.
Fight for love, fight for our future, and fight for those who can't.
